ELGi Presents the EG Series – Lubricated Screw Air Compressors at the International Woodworking Fair 2022

Exhibiting for the first time, ELGi will address the needs of the woodworking industry with reliable and energy-efficient compressed air solutions.

ELGi North America, a subsidiary of ELGi Equipments Limited, one of the world’s leading air compressor manufacturers, will feature a range of reliable, high-quality air compressors, ideal for the woodworking industry at the International Woodworking Fair (IWF). The tradeshow runs from August 23 to August 26 in Atlanta, Georgia, and ELGi will occupy booth #BC324.

At IWF 2022, ELGi will showcase the EG and EN Series rotary screw compressors. From powering air tools to running CNC machinery, ELGi ensures its air compressors are designed to provide a low carbon footprint, high reliability, and low maintenance requirements for all woodworking business needs.

About the ELGi EG Series:

The EG series air compressors are equipped with eta-V profile rotors with a 4/5 lobe combination, enabling them to run at optimum speed, thereby reducing pressure losses and increasing efficiency.
ELGi’s unique OSBIC process (Oil Separation by Impact and Centrifugal action) enables efficient separation of air and oil in 3 stages, delivering consistent air, free from oil particles with minimum pressure drop.
The EG series air compressors are designed to perform in extreme and harsh environments, from cold to hot and from dry to extremely humid weather.
The optional Variable Speed Drive (VSD) eliminates frequent load/unload cycles and provides energy-efficient solutions. This reduces electricity costs by approximately 35%.

About the ELGi EN Series:

The modular design of the EN Series air compressors enables them to accommodate complementary ranges of air treatment products, including an air tank and/or a dryer.
The efficient air filtration system in the EN series keeps the compressor’s internal component free of wood dust, which helps maintain optimum cooling efficiency and low oil-fill, resulting in a longer life span of the machine.
The efficient air-oil separation system ensures the minimum oil carryover throughout the operation and meets the demanding requirement of a clean work environment.
The custom-designed and engineered Neuron XT controller enables the operators to monitor and control the machine’s overall performance.
