The ELGi skid mounted air compressors come with large side doors that provide easy access to serviceable components like air filters, engine, compressor, fuel tank, batteries and cooler. The compressor design thus provides ease of maintenance and reduces downtime and service cost.

The skid mounted compressors come with auto high drill mode for operating at great depths and offer high productivity even in water yield conditions.

ELGi’s line of diesel-powered screw compressors are powered by international warranty engines, that are engineered to provide better fuel-economy and low emissions in its class. Equipped with these engines, the compressors provide the customers with durable performance at low cost of ownership

Options to meet tier 2 emission norms

ELGi skid mounted compressor comes with the option to meet tier 2 emission norms with the idea to reduce the impacts of motor vehicles on air quality and public health.

Complete range

Our skid mounted air compressors offer a wide range covering single-stage models up to 250 psi and two-stage models up to 400 psig.

Centralised control panel

The skid mounted air compressors come with centralized control panel that enable the operator to check on the operating status using a combination of easy-to-use instruments and digital readouts. The control panel contains an air pressure gauge, discharge air-oil temperature gauge, hour meter, ignition start, override switches, circuit breaker, engine oil pressure gauge, engine water temperatures gauge and tachometer.

Maximum corrosion protection and durability

The skid mounted portable air compressors from ELGi come with industrial grade steel and powder coated canopy that keep the equipment safe and ensure maximum protection against corrosion and offer durability.
