ELGi North America to unveil cutting-edge compressed air solutions at AICD 2024

Will unveil enhanced compressor technologies, including the ELGi EQ Series and EG 11-45kW with PMSM; portable compressed air solutions tailored for the construction industry will also be on display.
North America, 24th April 2024: ELGi North America will showcase a comprehensive range of compressed air solutions at the Association of Independent Compressor Distributors (AICD) conference scheduled to take place in Reno, Nevada, from the 28th to the 30th of April. On display will be the ELGi EQ Series oil-lubricated direct drive air compressor and the EG 11-45kW rotary screw air compressor with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). The company will also feature its portable compressed air solutions, designed to meet the diverse needs of construction projects.

The ELGi EQ Series, an innovative range of oil-lubricated, direct-drive rotary screw air compressors tailored for small- to medium-sized enterprises, will be on central display. These compressors, which range from 25 hp to 30 hp and handle discharge pressures from 100 psi to 175 psi, are designed to operate in temperatures up to 122ยฐF. They provide enhanced cooling and reliability in a compact, efficient design. Additionally, ELGi will spotlight the upgraded EG 11-45kW compressor, now featuring a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) developed by ELGi. This motor improves energy efficiency and reliability, operating efficiently across various speeds and reducing maintenance needs due to fewer mechanical components. ELGi will also showcase its portable compressor, the D185T4F. Equipped with a Kohler KDI diesel engine, it meets Tier 4 Final EPA requirements and features DeepSea Controller and Intelligent Start/Stop System for reliable, flexible operation.
All compressors on display are backed by ELGiโs renowned robust warranty programs, including a six-year warranty on the air-end of the ELGi Quest EQ series and a lifetime warranty on the air-end of the EG 11-45kW PMSM models. The portable air compressor range offers a five-year/unlimited-hour warranty on the air-end.
