ELGi will highlight its high-performance industrial and portable compressed air solutions designed to help customers maximize efficiency, reduce energy costs, and operate with confidence.

Charlotte, NC: ELGi Compressors USA Inc., (ELGi) will demonstrate why it is the distributors’ preferred partner in compressed air solutions at the upcoming Association of Independent Compressor Distributors (AICD) conference in Louisville, Kentucky, from April 27 to 29.

At booth #103, ELGi will present a comprehensive range of compressed air solutions, including the ELGi EQ Series, the ELGi EG PMSM Series, and the ELGi D185T4F portable compressor. These solutions are designed to enhance reliability, simplify operations, and lower total cost of ownership.

On display at the ELGi booth, the EQ Series, is designed to offer compact, cost-effective performance. Featuring a direct-drive system, the EQ Series reduces energy loss and enhances cooling, ultimately extending the life of critical components. Built to operate reliably in demanding conditions, it performs effectively in ambient temperatures up to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. With service intervals of up to 4,000 hours, the EQ Series minimizes maintenance needs and downtime, supporting continuous and efficient operation.

Also on display, the EG PMSM Series features a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) that consumes less power and generates less heat than traditional induction motors. This design ensures a steady supply of compressed air, even during fluctuating demand, while requiring minimal maintenance. The compressors are equipped with ELGi’s advanced Neuron 4 Controller, which includes a 7-inch touchscreen interface for intelligent energy optimization, real-time monitoring, and proactive maintenance alerts.

For portable applications, ELGi will present the D185T4F portable compressor, a fuel-efficient and emissions-compliant solution ideal for construction and industrial sites. Powered by a Kohler KDI diesel engine, the unit meets Tier 4 Final EPA regulations without requiring a diesel particulate filter, reducing both emissions and long-term maintenance costs. Built to withstand tough job site conditions, the D185T4F features a DeepSea Controller for flexible operation and remote monitoring, an Intelligent Start/Stop System to prevent cold starts and blowback and a foldable drawbar for improved mobility and transport.

The ELGi EQ Series comes with a six-year warranty on the air-end and a five-year warranty on other major components, while the EG PMSM Series offers a lifetime warranty on the air-end and a five-year warranty on other main components. For portable applications, the D185T4F compressor includes a comprehensive five-year/unlimited-hour warranty on the air-end. These industry-leading warranties underscore ELGi’s confidence in the durability and reliability of its products.
