Class 0 oil free air

Our Oil Free Screw Compressors consistently produces oil-free air that satisfies ISO8573-1 class 0 oil requirements in Indonesia. Where air meets metal surfaces inside the compressor, food grade coating is applied to ensure constant, oil-free air devoid of metal particles. Along with enhanced rotor clearances, pipes feature a unique e-coating that dependably delivers clean, oil-free air.

Indigenously designed and manufactured airends

One of the very few compressor manufacturers that designs and produces oil-free airends is ELGi. The oil free compressors are designed to provide the highest uptime and dependability possible using our exclusive oil-free technology. The distinctive eta-V rotor design by ELGi optimizes the compressed air system by lowering pressure losses and raising stage efficiency.

PTFE airend coating for efficiency and long term reliability

To prevent corrosion and withstand high temperatures of up to 250 degrees Celsius, our airend Rotors and housing are covered with PTFE-based food-grade PP coating. As a result, there is no loss of efficiency and long-term performance is at its best.

Flexible design allowing for air cooled and water cooled requirements

Oil free compressors from ELGI are equipped with cupronickel coolers that provide the lowest fouling factor of their kind and the highest thermal efficiency, and they are especially intended for temperature differences of no more than 8 degrees C.
