With its small footprint, high reliability, and low maintenance needs, our EN Series Screw Compressor are created to house all functional components and the compressor inside a single housing.

Compact and elegant design

Our EN Series screw Compressor features an energy-efficient, space-saving design that is driven by ELGi's eta-V profiles and has zero leakage as a result of the integration of its components and connections.

Energy-efficient, encapsulated airends

Our lubricated screw Compressors are equipped with ELGi's special assembly, which is compact, silent, and has a low pressure drop across the system.

Best-in-class maintenance and operating cost

Cleaner suction air keeps the internal components of the compressor clean and helps to maintain optimal cooling efficiency and low oil-fill, extending the lifespan of consumables. This is made possible by the effective air filtering technology of our EN Series Screw Compressor.

Efficient air-oil separation

The air-oil separation of our screw compressors is a three step process of impact and deceleration. Stage 1: The effect of the air-oil mixture on the tank's circumference. Stage 2: Oil particles are removed by the air-oil combination decelerating. Stage 3: Air that contains a few trace amounts of oil is introduced to the spin-on separator for purification.

Optional variable speed drives for energy efficiency

By adjusting motor speed, ELGi screw air compressors match output to demand. As demand declines over time, power consumption also reduces, helping to eliminate the need for numerous load-unload cycles and resulting in energy savings.

Indigenously designed Neuron control system offering operating data and safety measures

The Neuron XT controller has been custom designed and engineered as an efficient control solution for our Screw Compressors which allows you to monitor and control overall performance with easy-to-use service indications, malfunction alarms & safety shutdowns

Highly efficient belt drive transmission

ELGi’s oil lubricated screw compressors ensure transmission of the power with good efficiency in very longer distances
