Industrial grade steel and powder coated canopy

Industrial grade steel and powder coated canopy ensure maximum corrosion protection and durability. The unique cool-box design allows cool air to enter the rear of the compressor (in closed-door operation) and wash over internal components, keeping the internal temperature low and prolonging component life.

Robust trolley

ELGi trolley mounted air compressors are designed for stability even on bad roads. Equipped with overrun brakes, these air compressor ensures safe towing. Parking brakes are a standard feature in all models to provide secure parking.

Compact build

Due to compactness, the compressor provides maximum manoeuvrability and allows short radius turns. The heavy-duty construction of the compressor also benefits the customer with high gradeability enabling wobble-free movement on slopes.

Centralised control panel

All major instrument controls and monitoring systems are grouped on this panel. Operators can check on the operating status using a combination of easy-to-use instruments and digital readouts on the control panel. The digital panel also displays warning and shutdown messages if it detects abnormal conditions.

Aluminium oil coolers

Aluminium oil coolers are helpful in better heat dissipation, even in a compact construction.

Two-stage air intake filter

The filtration system in two stages prevents dust from entering the compressor and the engine. These air compressors are therefore ideal for operations in dusty conditions.

Wider access

The quick and easy access to the components requiring routine maintenance allows a drastic reduction in service time. The components like air filters and valves are easily accessible through the service doors that come with cam lock/swing door arrangement enabling the operator to perform maintenance with ease and less operator fatigue.
