Involves: Working in line with technology to improve energy efficiency of compressors,Design of shafts and gears selection of bearings and seals,Design of housings as per pressure vessel code.Preparation of casting and machine drawings asper ASME 14.5 GD&T standards,Tolerance stackup analysis,Thermodynamics and Heat transfer calculations life and reliability calculations,Take product design through to serial production,including finalisation of vendors,quality control documents,documentation for after sales services.
Benchmarking of competition,literaturesurvey and evaluate the state of the part,Testing of compressors using data acquisition systems,Trouble shooting and problem solving.

Vibration measurements for deflection shapes, mobility/impedance model, modal & energy approaches for dynamic models of structural components.
